“Indestructible” and "Conversacion en tiempo de bolero”

In addition to “El Raton” and “Moreno soy”, after today you can listen to more new material from “Indestructible” available on all platforms beginning October 28th.

We present to you two new hits that pay homage to the salsa music of Diego “El Cigala”: “Conversacion en tiempo de bolero” and the track that gave the album its name, “Indestructible”.

“Conversacion en tiempo de bolero” was recorded in Miami with the incredible Gonzalo Rubalcaba on piano, Horacio Hernandez “El Negro” on drums, Jose Armando Gola on the bass, and Richard Bravo on the congas.  Diego was inspired both by Moncho and by this version of bolero.

Diego fell in love with “Indestructible”’s lyrics immediately, identifying strongly with the message, and when Jaime Calabuch, “Jumitus”, recommended he include the track, Diego did so without hesitation.  He decided to record it in Cali, Colombia, alongside Jose Aguirre’s “Cali Salsa Big Band”.

We hope you like it.
